0145(1) Exiting mechanism on gate is not equipped with a self-closing and self latching mechanism. 0145(12) The exit gate had a padlock on it. R.B. reported this gate does not self-close or auto latch. 0145(12) Fence needs to be repaired, replaced or reinforced, it is wobbly, not secure or safe.
